 We step in to manage suppliers, timelines, and the flow of the day, ensuring everything runs seamlessly. This way, you can be fully present  knowing the logistics and last-minute challenges are expertly handled behind the scenes.

What to expect:

From the moment you book your consultation, we’ll get to know you and your vision through an initial call to answer questions, and ensure we’re the perfect fit. 

 

Once we have agreed we request to review your arrangements and request all your prior plans and complete a handover 2 weeks ahead.

On the day itself, Chapters becomes the main point of contact - overseeing set-up, managing the schedule, and handling any issues - allowing you to be fully present and enjoy your event with complete peace of mind.

  • Management of suppliers, timeline, and flow of the day

  • Troubleshooting and handling of any last-minute issues​

This is ideal if you'd like us to step in 4–6 weeks before the event to fully take over the final planning stage.

This includes:

  • A detailed handover meeting (4–6 weeks before the event)

  • Review of all supplier contracts and plans

  • Creation of a detailed timeline and running order

  • Final venue walkthrough (if required)

  • Coordination and communication with all suppliers ahead of the day​

Investment

Starts from £1,000, with additional hours on the day charged at £75 per hour.
